Please assist me with the status of my shipment.

Is this package actually stuck at the Guangzhou Transit station, sent to the airline or has it been returned to the seller.

Hi Again!

Today is December 10Th. China Post status still shows the same - 2015-11-12 12:17:45.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared.

There has not been an update regarding acceptance nor rejection by the Airlines nor return to seller nor destroyed.

While researching China Post site I came across an article regarding forbidden items and it lists items with batteries like phones, tablets etc. My order is in the forbidden list.

Surely the seller knew of the restrictions from China Post Registered Mail and that the Item should have been shipped by other means like EMS as mentioned at this site as a requirement for sellers on Ebay.

Anyway I thought I would ask your opinion whether or not the package is truly on its way to me as there have not been any updates over the last 4 weeks.

if your item is in the forbidden list, that is a very serious problem. Airline might discard the forbidden item without notice. Your parcel status will freeze in Guagnzhou customs forever.

If this is the situation, you should open dispute to ebay and claim refund.
