Post Is China Post still operating?

Hello,
I need to know if the China Post is operating in these days, is it there off already? My package is headed to Beijing Integrated Mail Processing Center, I wonder if it will be onboard before China Posts takes off for the holidays.

china post will stop processing during chinese new year holiday(Feb 4 to Feb 12).
