Dear Sir/Madam,

I sent academic documents to china and it displays as delivered but I don't understand who or what is MENWEI because it says "Delivered to MENWEI". Can you please clarify what does this mean?

MENWEI means entrance security guard. your parcel was signed by the destination building safety guard on Mar 21. you can contact building safety department and pickup the parcel.

Thanks a lot.

I am not in china and I sent my docs from Turkey. I still didn't get e-mail from the academy (the reciever) so let me wait and see.
