It has been many weeks I ordered in ebay and package has not arrived.

The sender sent it through ordinary mail and it is not trackable in USA. And I feel like he sent me the tracking number which actually has some other address in it. Can the SHIP TO address be identified from tracking number so that I can clarify it was sent to my address and claim for refund if not.

So..it means there is high risk when purchasing low cost goods from ebay/aliexpress in cases when there is no tracking available after the shipment leaves China...at least the package shipping address should be scanned to provide as a proof to customer by postal agency upon request when scanning the tracking number. If postal agency cannot provide address directly, they can atleast confirm if the address match with the address provided by the buyer replying YES/NO....if this system is not yet developed, postal agency should add it, this is necessity for welfare of both buyer and seller, and overall it is good for trade.
