I have been waiting almost a month, the last tracking info said it had left Beijing on 21 August but it has not arrived in Australia. Number is RO615140218CN

RO615140218CN should have left china on Aug 21. Normally it will travel another 2 to 3 weeks after it left china. be patient.

I wouldn't think so, but sometimes things can get detained, delayed, or rejected by mistake.

Do you have a tracking number for your parcel?
