I purchased a wedding cake topper 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Please check my tracking number and advise how I can get a refund. #LT384923504CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT384923504CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Hangzhou office to US on Mar 7.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Hangzhou,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
