LS257114880CN is fake number. your seller did not ship you anything. When did you get this tracking number? Did you paid with paypal or aliexpress?

I used PayPal. And the purchase was in the beginning of march from a site called DHgate

you can open dispute to DHGATE, if dhgate does not refund you money, open dispute to paypal.
