Hello

I want to know if this tracking No is legit and where is the package now. It has been shipped by ebay seller on 22.04.18 and since now I can't track it. Much help will be really appreciated. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

you should open dispute to ebay against fraud and claim refund.
