My parcel was ordered from China to Namibia in October and i have not received it yet.
Tracking number is RY507283282CN.
Please assist because your tracking number is showing very incomplete information.

shipping from china to South Africa and Namibia might take 80 to 100 days. you need some patient. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection. If your seller does not response, then open dispute to aliexpress.
