Post I cant receive my parcel info?

So I recently purchased an item, the seller provided me with this tracking number: LK435740856CN
Is it even a real tracking number?
Why isn't the data updating? It's been 2 days now.
Or is this a scam? I purchased this off an eBay seller, after purchasing the item the listing was taken off of eBay

your seller has not shipped the goods yet. If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud shipment.

you paid with ebay? ebay payment must be sent to paypal, ebay itself can not get payment.
