I have tried to track my parcel but the number doesn't work. Can you help me please?

Australia Post website shows your parcel status as "SYDNEY NSW, Arrived at facility in destination country". Not sure why it has not been delivered so far(normally it should be delivered by early APril).

You can call Australia Post and see if they can find the parcel for you. It must be in Australia Post system.
