One of merchant updated wrong tracking number in shopping site . Status is shown as delivered. ( to other person in India ) I want to prove that I didn’t receive the item. How to get delivery confirmation mail/letter from China post.

If tracking result shows the parcel was delivered to other address, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
