Post How long after posting does the post office scan the item

I have bought something and the seller said he’s posted it but because of a public holiday in China it will take longer for the post office to scan it, it’s been a week now and it’s not showing up. Here is the tracking number LX515932112CN any help appreciated.

now holiday has finished. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel you will open dispute against fraud shipment.

He is ignoring me it’s on a site called ioffer and I think the whole thing might be fake
