Hi I buy lot's of stuff from China mainly vaping items and most of time there are no problems with post. Exactly 4 weeks ago on 10th April I bought a laser pen for US $43.85 on Ebay which to me is expensive but it was an early birthday present. Any registered post I got from China to Ireland where I am has been easy to track and I have had no problems except now. The Parcel No RS470628867CN has not moved since 2017-04-13 14:15:27.0 please can you check the tracking as the last time an item stopped in one place and never moved was from the USA and I never received it. Please help track my parcel RS470628867CN thanks, Terry

RS470628867CN is on the way to Ireland, I don't think you need to worry anything. Shipping time to Irelands can vary from 2 weeks to 50 days depending on airline situation. Your parcel is still in normal time frame.

Thanks, I know it's not late, it's just that I can't track it bothers me. I have had a few items lost in transit but they were cheap(under $5) so didn't worry me... But $43 I do worry. Thanks, hopefully it will arrive in next 7 days.

Hi again it's been 42 days and I still haven't received RS470628867CN and still unable to track. I've never had this problem before with registered mail from China. I contacted the seller on Ebay and he said that it has arrived at Irish customs over 2 weeks ago and will still be delivered. How can he know this? I can't find any information. Everyday I check Irish post to see if it's in Ireland but nothing. What is the maximum time limit for this type of mail as it's now been 42 days and when should I ask for my money back? I do wish it would come but I fear it has been lost. Please help??

LW246044900CN was shipped on May 6. its status has some problem. Normally should have left Guangzhou for Chicago now. But its status still shows in Foshan. Not sure what is the problem. I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it then, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

Hey, I'm having trouble with tracking number LW329882937CN I haven't received any updates on it.

LW329882937CN is invalid number. Your seller did not ship it. If you just got the number , wait one week and track again.

It's been 3 days since tracking number LW329882937CN hasn't worked . How long should I wait until I open dispute

tell seller if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute. normally he will ship the goods after getting your message.
