Hello. I'm in the need of some help with an order that has not been updated for nearly 30 days.
The tracking number given to me is: 03819829290 for China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus.

1. Those type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver by your National Post Office and will come in the mail just like a normal letter.

3. There is nothing wrong in the tracking of your parcel. You just need to wait for it. You can not track it in your country Postal system.
