Arrived in China on 8/02/2019 but no status update since.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EY103674450AU shows the parcel arrived China customs on Feb 8 but never released there. It should have some customs clearance problem.

You need ask seller call china post hotline 11185 and try to pay some duty and pickup the parcel from Guanghzhou customs.
