Tracking # LM650082701CN
Its showing "final delivery" in Germany but I live in the United States. Wondering what happen?

LM650082701CN destination is Germany not USA. Your seller shipped the goods to wrong country or gave you other people's tracking number.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
