Hello! I have placed two orders from the same seller, these are the tracking numbers
RY312994126CN
RY316831049CN

The tracking say 'logistic order has been created'
One of the two order is a week that is in this status, I don't know if the seller has shipped my packages or if the post office is still waiting the seller.

I bought from AliExpress and this is the first time that the status is stuck at the same point after days.
I can't talk with the seller because he don't answer to me, so I just want to know if the orders has been shipped or not, if they are still in China or if there is a delay for the holiday.

I'm sorry if i wrote something wrong, I tried my best with English. Thank you :)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY312994126CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

The seller told me that the parcel was returned by the customs. But the tracking says that he never shipped... is it possible?
I think he's lying.

I believe Your seller is cheating.If he really shipped anything to you, tracking result will show shipment date instead of shipping notice received.

Now he changed his mind and said the package was re-shipped. If it is true, in how many days the tracking should be updated?

if your seller really shipped the parcel, shipment date and location will be showed in tracking result in 48 hours.
