Post Help with status of my package please?

Hi,

My tracking number is RK201888115CN.

It was dispatched on the 5th of march. It didn't even show up on the tracking until the 14th of march. And the last thing that it said on the tracking was on the 18th of march:

"Beijing Transit Station customs scan"

What does that mean?

Has it even left China?

Will I ever receive it?

It's been 21 days since that last status and I haven't heard anything since.
