Hi,

I sent two packages from Beijing to Singapore on the 18th of June, and I have successfully received one of them. When I went online to track the status of the other package (Parcel number CP290652357CN), it showed that the package last appeared in Guangzhou last month, 16th July. The details of the tracking are as below:

I will like to know what happened to my parcel after that as the parcel contains souvenirs that are important to me.

the parcel is surface parcel which goes through sea. arrival time quite inaccurate. max time can be up to 6 months. you can do nothing but waiting.

I have sent another parcel together with it and it has arrived. Will two parcels get separated like that?
