Hello dear, so I haven't received my parcel yet and it has been over a month, I asked the seller and got this message:
Buyer friend, by the end of each year the customs will strictly check each goods, please rest assured, if our goods is deducted by the customs, logistics company will notify us, of course, we will contact you to return your money, please be assured that thank you

Does this mean that I don't get my parcel? Or what? Please help me and thank you so much!

We don't know your tracking number, so not sure what is the situation.

Generally,If you do not get your parcel which was paid one month ago, normally you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund. no need to talk to seller directly.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid(fake). You are scammed. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress whichever you paid money to.
