Post Help Track, Package Really Late

I ordered a mug from Amazon through Maiwoda seller on 11/26/2016 and it still has not arrived in Canada. The tracking number is 71772588761. It only shows export security scan. Estimated date was 12/21/2016 to 1/13/2017.

Should I file a claim? Is the package lost or not arriving?

1. In case you are not aware the above parcel is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and Canada Post will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.

3. Now what bugs me is this:

4. Normally we see only one tracking like that not 2 of them, so I don't know if the parcel had any difficulty passing the Export Security scan or not.

5. Just to make sure that the parcel is OK, you should contact seller and show him the 2 tracking above and ask him if everything is OK.
