if your buyer protection is not expiring, keep waiting, otherwise open dispute. many parcels were delayed because of the golden holiday week in early Oct.

My tracking number is LS134417629CN I have been waiting for my package that supposedly left China almost two weeks ago. There has been NO updates on it. Would you PLEASE check into this and find out when my package will be delivered to me.

the parcel should have some delay. If you can not get the parcel by next week, you should open dispute to aliexpress/ebay.

Why should it have a delay, last I heard it left Hangzhou two weeks ago for the USA. So what could be the delay. I was told by one of your people that I should have the package by the end of October. NOW you tell me its delayed, why is it delayed.
