Hi, i read in this forum in some case that electronic data received means that the seller normally is lying about tracking number. my track number RF196567932CN says this since 2016-03-07. when i have to open dispute to aliexpress? i have to tell something to the seller? he is sending me messages to avoid giving me a solution to my problem. thanks in advance.
