Can you plese help me: the last info was on 09.10. Then tracking said that parcel left Guangzhou with EDI recieved. Seller is asking patience all along. Is he right or is it lost? Gettin crazy. Sorry for tipfellers and hope I asked in correct place. Thanks for help

2. Possibly your parcel was delay departing China because there was a National holiday in China from 01 - 08 Oct. Then when the mail started it was the chaos for parcels departing China.

3. You might want to give your parcel a chance. Since you have contact with your seller just make sure you still have buyer protection for the parcel. If by 21 Nov, you don't see any movement on the Croatia Post site, then open a dispute to get your money back.

Yes I know about holidays and I am ordering for years but only last 7 months from Ali and from my experience from ebay if it takes that long it is a freud. I have like 15 days of buyer protection and will wait like 12-13days before dispute.If seller doesnt offer more info. I dont get it. If I am sending something and it looks like stuck I can conntact customs or post and ask for explaination - think that every seller knows what to do in situations like this.
Anyway thank you and will let you know how it ended.

1. You can ask for more buyer protection for you parcel on Ali Express in you account under you order number. There is a place that you can ask for more buyer protection.

2. Buy the way, you are not the only one that the parcel was delay every body got their parcel delay, USA, Europe, Asia etc... It's all due to the mail not moving for one week in China has nothing to do with bad seller.

3. If you think that you have a bad seller you are still entitle to open a dispute because you have not receive your parcel.

Ok thank you for help and this is first time I was even asking for help and was ordering even just before Chinese spring fedtival etc. Nevertheless, today my parcel check in my country customs and will be in 2 days delivered to me. So thx again for your help and kindness. All best from Croatia
