Can you help me track this tracking number: 03674937728 to be ship in the Philippines. Placed my order last Sept 7, 2016 and everytime i try to track it it always shows "city postal/customs scan" and in other tracking site, it shows "guangzhou" is my parcel still in China??? Hope you can help me thank you

Also the "quanzhou china/customs scan by parcel center" is dated Sept. 9. Thats the last date shown everytime i track it.

1. This might be the only scan you get for this parcel. This type of parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, it can only be track in China and has limited tracking to the parcel.

2. This type of parcel can not be track in your country and should be deliver between 30 to 60 days. Since there is limited tracking we can not determine if parcel is still in China or has departed for your country.

Oh my! :( do you think they will deliver it to my address or need to pick it up in the postal office? And how do i know if my package arrives? T.T its my first time ordering here in Aliexpress and would never thought that this will happen T.T

1. Yes your parcel should be deliver to your address by your country postal Office just like a normal letter. You will never know when your parcel arrive in your country.

2. May I suggest next time when you order from Ali Express to try to have your parcel sent by China Post Register mail. This way you could at least follow your parcel.
