I bought an item and the seller gave me this tracking number 02886562594
every time I check statue and this is what I get:
2016-03-26 07:53:30.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-03-26 20:48:00.0 金华city parcel dept. received
until now...

what this mean?
dose this mean parcel never left china? and where is it now?

1. This is what I found for you:

Number: 02886562594
26.03.2016 07:53 Electronic notification of shipment Cn
26.03.2016 20:48 Accepted from sender JīnHuá City Small packet Branch 32109903

2. This parcel is China Post Small Packet Plus, it means that tracking is only available in China. Sometimes the tracking will have more scan done and sometimes like yours there is only 2 tracking.

3. May i suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel, in 5 days it will be 2 months since the parcel was mail. Longest arrival time for your country Saudi Arabia is 51 days.

4. Don't forget contact seller as soon as possible to tell him you have not receive the parcel.

2. Your parcel was just mail yesterday. It has left Shanghai for Next Office: London Heathrow hub.
