Hi,
Could you help me please. I ordered an item from ebay a month ago.
The tracking number is RI644692709CN

The last tracking update is the following:
Arrival at inward office of exchange
Oct-14-15, 13:40 PM, GUANGZHOU

HAs i been sent or it is still on Guangzou airport?
When I`ll receive it?

Where did you see an "Arrival at inward office of exchange" event? I ask for two reasons: 1) I can't find it, and 2) if there was one, that would be bad, because it would mean the item is being returned to sender. :/

Your item's status looks normal, though: it left Guangzhou for Bulgaria on 11 Oct. Unfortunately, shipping to Bulgaria is desperately slow, 37 days on average, with the longest on record being 90 days. I hope you will get your item in about two weeks or so.

RI644692709CN has left china. you can not see parcel new status when it is outside china. shipping to bulgaria is very very slow(often takes 3 months). you need some patient.
