Hello,

I have seen there are great helpers on this forum and I am hoping you can help me. The last update on this package was 17 days ago. It is something I was really hoping to get much sooner than this :( The tracking number is LT396756582CN and as far as I can see the last update was March 12th and it was in Shenzen. Most other shipments I have gotten from China have said when they have gotten on a plane/departed the country, and this has not had that update so i am a little concerned. Please help if you can. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT396756582CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to US on Mar 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Is this time of year considered "rush season" at all?
