Hello, I bought an item on ebay in 10 th december 2018 , my code tracker for the spedition is UE462420128CN. The estimated time is 31 th december to 10 th february. Will the item arrive or are there some problems? Should I contact the seller ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UE462420128CN shows the parcel was shipped on Dec 16.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
