Seller is not contacting with me and I have traced out the package it contains only letter is there any way out to get my money back if I would complain in china police or some other way

my tracking no rh242599529cn from last 8 days its showing leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport plz help me to find my parcel

1. Go to the place were you made the bank transfer to see if they can help you!

2. Go to the police department in your country to see if they can help you!

3. Other then that, you might have lost your money.

In my country they can't help it have tried should I report in there
country as my brother live there should I report with all proof
