Good day,

My parcel was dispatched from the SHANGHAI Sorting Center on 13 August 2015.

Tracking Number EMS: EA049873746CN .

It's been 2 weeks and no update, I have lost patience. Is my parcel lost?

Tracking Number: RG205758226CN, last update was on the 20 August 2015. I would like to find out where it is and the estimated dated of arrival.

last location is in Guangzhou. Normally you can not know the location after the parcel left china. You might need to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get the parcel in South Africa.
