Hello there is no new information for my parcel since 27th october 2016. Number LF010145194CN.
Please can you help me. Thank you.

LF010145194CN is ePacket which normally will arrive France in 2 weeks. I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel

I do. Seller has never response since 3 weeks...
Can I ask information directly China Post ?

1. I have no indication that your parcel left China after multiple research. I suspect your parcel was misplace somewhere in Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou.

2. On the site of EMS China the number is not there anymore because it's to long since the parcel was mail.

3. Just open a dispute to get your money back.
