Hi,

The status for my items shows as delivered. However, when I checked with my receiver, they mentioned that the items is in collection point instead of their warehouse address. Is there any way to know what is my items currently at? So that I can check with the sender whether they have sent to the wrong place.

Your seller's address might not be deliverable. In this case, China Post will sent the parcel to a pickup point and your seller need to go to collect the parcel by himself.

The parcel CG013096135DE is now in : 嘉兴市, 鼎美三楼海淘中转自提点 . You need ask receiver to pickup the parcel asap.

If this is a return for refund, you can escalate dispute to aliexpress/paypal for refund now.
