What is happening to this package? and where it is? I have been waiting 28 days and it still has not arrived!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is looping in Suzhou customs. Normally this means the parcel can not pass customs scan. If I were you, I will open dispute to seller and ask refund for non-arrival parcel.

But the seller says that the parcel is on its way, should I maybe wait one more week then ask for a refund?

Yes. If your buyer protection is still valid, You can wait one more week and see what happens. If you can not get the parcel by Nov 20, then open dispute.

My seller has extended the buyer protection by 30 days
