So I sent a parcel from Netherlands to Morocco CC047483500NL but postnl made a mistake and shipped it to China ! Postnl have THE WORST service ! They ask me to wait till the end of the month before they start an investigation to try to bring back my parcel (more waited Time) Also an investigation can take Many weeks so My ONLY hope now is china post !! I have Been tracking my parcel and Its still in beijing , Also It has recently almost left it but went back to Beijing which is very weird and I don't know what it means! Please please please what can I do to get my parcel sent back to Netherlands or to Morocco ? China post's last tracking indicates that it "has imported opening" .. I don't understand because they should export it ! I'm VERY VERY worried that my parcel will be lost ! Please try to help me !
Ps: I tried to call China post but they only speak Chinese! I have nobody to do that for me ! Can you please try to help me with all this ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Beijing Transit Station import customs scan on Dec 3. This means the parcel has arrived China. Normally parcel should be delivered in 7 working days of imprted customs scan status. If your receiver can not get it by Dec 12, you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and arrange pickup.

if you have sender's address in the parcel, china post will send it back. but this might take 6 to 20 weeks.

1. What do you mean not the full address of the sender, you did not put a Customs declaration on the parcel. If yes then you full address should be there.

2. If the parcel is only Identified as sender Netherlands, address to somebody in Morocco, then China Post will eventually send the parcel back to the Netherlands.

3. Import Customs scan = it's going there so they can try to book a place to send it to your country the Netherlands.

4. You should stop making multiple post about your parcel.

3. Post NL made the mistake, you should ask all those question to them, what is going to happen to the parcel? Is China Post going to send it back to the Netherlands? How much time will it take? How can you get your parcel if only Netherlands is indicated on the parcel without your address?
