Hello. My order has been shipped on November 28th as a flat rate shipping. It has been over 25 days and it still hasn't even reached my country, Canada. I need to know where it is or if it's lost so I can request a refund if possible.

My tracking # is: RN224793662CN

Please let me know ASAP.

Well if Canada Post doesn't track Register parcel from China Post, how will I ever know that it has arrived to the country??

1. You will not be able to know, except that because it's a register parcel you will have to sign for it. So eventually Canada Post will try to deliver the parcel to you and if they can not they will leave you a card where to pick it up.

2. If you want, just come back here every 4 days and ask me personally if I can track your parcel RN224793662CN for any new movement in Canada.
