http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Mar 21. Normally it will wait about 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight to your country after sent to airline. please be patient.

I made 2 orders in almost same time 30-40 minutes of difference and it was so proceeded with same time interval till "dispatch from sorting senter in China". Following info of 17track one left to Chicago another to New York (strange...). Ok, first parcel which arrived to Chicago delivered this Monday. Another no info yet... Can't understand where it is. Still in China, in transit or just lost. Because no news since 3 March. LS728109673CN
Can smbd help???

That's my tracking number and it's been over a month since I ordered my product I want to know when it's coming in or if I should get refunded

Your seller seriously delayed shipment. http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your parcel was actually just shipped on Mar 25. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

Hello. I am looking for an update on package #86754670918. When I look on the site it shows the package got on a plane on 2/7, but then nothing since. It does not show any information about the package or the destination. Thanks for any help!

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

sometimes the parcel did not catch flight and returned back to china post warehouse, then it will wait ant try to catch flight again and again. this is normal.
