UC169900735CN is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

No. None , no country will scan the parcel and update its status after it left original post office. This is a very very cheap service. China Post does not pay anyone to update its status. If you want track more information, you need use some expensive service such as register mail or ePacket etc.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number LZ113969649CN was shipped on Mar 11. you need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it in Canada.
