Hi. I need help. Customer said to me My package has been sent but I can't find any information about it. This is tracking number 959715877302. Please give me some information.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the numberis invalid. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. If you get the number more than 3 business days, you should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Mar 10. After sent to airline, parcel will wait about 40 to 90 days to catch flight space to South Africa. You need some patient.

EA067536285CN you might need one or two more weeks to get the parcel in USA.
