Has my parcel left china or it is still on the airport of Guangzhou ? It has not change status since 17 september. my track number is RI932632445CN

Is it normal that it has 8 days without changing ?? Is it on the way to greece now?

2. So according to the above tracking the parcel in On routes to Greece. What we don't know is with Flight it took to get to Greece because their is no tracking of that. May I suggest you read this for Greece:

3. You are fortunate because when the parcel arrive in Greece you will be able to track it through Greece Post site.

Thank you again for your fast response :)
I am just wondering because another order I have done from China but from another shipping company, they sent the parcel in 14 sep 2016 and today (23 sep 2016) the parcel is in Greece post office ready to be delivered. And about China post I have no clue where is the parcel for 8 days now.

1. You need to compare the same thing. Are both parcel departing from the same place! Are both parcel Registered Airmail! The other shipping company are they charging the same amount for the parcel to the seller as the private shipping company. Registered parcel will always take longer because they have to track the parcel every step of the way.

2. May I suggest to you to read this, so it might explain some of your concern:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

I payed for China Post registered air mail, the other one i did'nt payed but it's registered it was with singapore post. The other one departed from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China .Anyways as I know from personal expirience PostNL and Sing Post (for orders in China to Greece) are way too faster than china post. Nevermind, it is not your job to track it and you can't do anything about it :) . Thank you for your time 😀

1. Your parcel arrive in Greece your should check Greece Post site.
