Hello,
I've ordered an item about 40 days ago and tracking shows it's forwarded to the destination country ( to Turkey ) but there's no more information. It took too long to see a new record both on China Post and PTT and I'm worried. My tracking number is RS219093225CN . It'd be great if someone could help me. Thank you!

1. Maximum estimated arrival time for Turkey is 33 days, your parcel has been on the road for 41 days.

2. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. If you get no answer from seller, then open a dispute to get your money back.

3. When you contact seller give him this full tracking:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RS219093225CN tracking result
2016-09-05 22:37:03.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2016-09-05 23:17:55.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2016-09-06 08:40:44.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 南海
2016-09-06 12:48:09.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-06 14:42:02.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
