says Guangzhou exchange station return. Does this mean it’s on its way back to the seller? Or just returning to the station to wait to get on a plane again?

RV369740469CN was rejected by China Post Guangzhou sorting center on Mar 24.

Normally this means your parcel has something with safety , copyright or some unknown problem which violate government regulation. You won't get this parcel in future.

If this is an online order, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

I asked the seller and they told me that some packages will be transferred to another city, then sent to my country due to the reduction of the airlines, now the airline is late
