2. Normally when we see this:
have been exported directly

It means that parcel has pass security and Customs check and ready to be ship outside China.

The statement you are referring to is exactly the same thing.

3. Both of your parcel are fine and On Route to South Africa. Even if you don't see any tracking it does not mean the parcel is not traveling to your country. You might want to look at this for your country:

There was no update since my order since November 7, 2018
The tracking number is RP114583366CN.
Please, can you check me for my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP114583366CN shows the number was sent to airline on Dec 7.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 6 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Swiss Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

So you no need do anything, just wait some more time.
