When I track my item it says 2014-12-25 09:33, 广州国际, 出口总包互封开拆, Opening
My item has been waiting there for 15 days.I can not believe that.I think I never receive my item?Can anybody help me.My Track number is 006862051309!

your parcel is regular airmail which has very limited tracking result. you can not see new status after it left china. now is rush season, the goods should arrive in early Feb.

But when I track my other item they are regular airmal is well.I can see their possition.Only this item ı got this problem.I hope I can get it.

You can only track registered airmail with detail, not regular. Only thing you can do is wait the 30 days and if not received, open dispute.
