Why the tracking shows no movement since 2/7/2019. Does this mean that my parcel haven't reached the local destination

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP185277506CN shows the parcel sent to airline company on Feb 7.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 1 or 2 weeks to catch flight space to UK, then it will wait another 1 to 4 weeks to pass UK customs clearance. Total time can take 2 to 6 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
