YT1842200905942220 is not from CHina Post. It looks like YunExpress(a private shipping company). YunExpress website shows it was shipped on Sep 4. Not sure if their information is real or fake. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, I suggest wait another 4 weeks. If you can not get the parcel by mid of Oct, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
