I guess this means a failed attempt delivery. Do you have details why it failed? How is the further procedure?

if you want to know parcel delivery or failure detail. you should ask receiver call 11185 or go to china post 南油 to check and pickup the parcel.

I have the same problem. But, I do not know how to call that number. Can you tell me where can I find the China Post office in Colombia??

There is no chinapost in colombia! Chinapost is in china only and that number only works from inside china.

That is my tracking number. No one went to our house on the date that the attempted deliver was supposedly done, so how was this a failed attempt?

Is there a number in the Philippines that you can be contacted? Or do send me a message at my email on how this can be clarified. Thank you

RY543749143CN arrived Philippines and now is in Philippines Post office.
