Why express package EL247652861US Stagnated after customer clearance processing complete at Shanghai since March 23, package destination to Chongqing. should be 3-5 business day delivery.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows the parcel was still held in Shanghai customs. Not sure why government does not release the item. I think it might take another week to get the item released.

interesting, USPS shows arrived at March 22, and customs clearance processing complete on March 23, at 18:16. I have no idea why they holding the package with only my china ID card and document inside, and they are timely document need to delivery, that's why I sent by express mail.
