without tracking number, you can not verify shipment information. You can wait about 4 weeks, if not arrive, open dispute to ebay.

ppbyb is a legitimate service however that's not a proper tracking number for that system.

These are the number rules as quoted from their site.

"Please input Paypal Package tracking number with 13 digitals which is beginning with PP or with 11 digitals which is beginning with 01."
